‘Approaching Work with Ease’

Explore your relationship with work; begin to cultivate a way of working that is sustainable and self resourcing. Understand your stress cycle and its impact on your well-being. The focus of 2015-07-22_160115this day is self care; addressing and the prevention of compassion fatigue and burnout.  Particularly suitable  for those in health, caring & education; and other professions such as hospitality, business and IT.
In an increasingly demanding work life full of deadlines, targets, and `through put´ the human aspects of  work can be overlooked and undervalued. Take time out to reflect on your relationship with work. Explore work related issues in a small supportive and confidential group.
The emotional and psychological impact of work can be challenging.  Supervision or Reflective Practice is one response.  It can be viewed as ‘pithead time’,  a time to shower off and let go of any residue from work.  A space where the human being impacted from the stresses of work can experience restoration and maintain well being.
