A Movement from Head to Heart

Learn about and practice a mindful, contemplative approach to daily life as a resource for emotional regulation and well being.  Understand your stress reaction cycle and build up ways of responding more appropriately.

Working with breath and gentle movement begin to develop moment by moment awareness and a deeper understanding of  your emotional self in order to live in a more resourceful and meaningful way.

Develop techniques to ease fear and anxiety.

The next course will be held in Spring 2018

This 6 week programme takes place on Tuesday mornings from 10 am to 12 midday, with an option of an ongoing monthly follow up session.
